Okay, I have a Loot Card now what?
Follow these steps to obtain your in-game item:
For customer service help, please email ude@upperdeck.com, or call 1(877)754-3835.
When a code is redeemed from the website, that code is “used,” so you need to be very, very sure you have the correct region and server information. Otherwise, you risk not being able to redeem your item. Your code cannot be used a second time.
Note: You will only receive one promotion item, and it will be given only to the character that you choose to claim it with in-game. Be sure you choose the right character!
Unfortunately. If you are HATED by Booty Bay - even though you are friendly with "The Black Flame" - clicking on Landro to redeem a code will fail, as it instantly spawns Bruisers to protect him - and you will not be able to redeem a code.
How to Reach Booty Bay as a Member of the Alliance
If you are an Alliance player trying to reach Landro in Booty Bay, you have a few options. The first and safest way to reach Booty Bay is to take a boat from Ratchet, in Kalimdor. The boat from Ratchet will take you directly to Booty Bay and stop at the dock only a few yards from Landro himself.
This next way is fairly safe, but it happens to be a long swim. First head to Westfall from Stormwind and continue southwest to the coast. Once you reach the coast you will want to begin swimming south. After a short time you should find yourself just off the coast in Stranglethorn; from there keep swimming south until you reach Booty Bay. It is best to stay off the land until you are safe in town.
The third and most dangerous way to reach Booty Bay is to make the trek from Duskwood. Head south from Goldshire and follow the road into Duskwood. Make a quick stop in Darkshire to pick up the flightpath before once more proceeding south. Take the road from Duskwood to Stranglethorn Vale (Watch out for Stitches!), and make your way south along the path. Follow the path throughout the zone and you will eventually make your way to the relative safety of Booty Bay.
If you are on a PvP server, all of the above will be hazardous. These routes also assume you don’t already have the flightpath.
How the Horde Can Get to Landro
You have two options when it comes to getting to Booty Bay as quickly and as painlessly as possible. If you are a lower level character (less than 35), then the safest way to get to Booty Bay is by making your way to Ratchet on the eastern coastline of the Barrens in Kalimdor. You can pick up a boat here that will take you directly to the port at Booty Bay , and if you stay to the bottom section of the ramp, you should see Landro Longshot about halfway between the two sides of the port. If you are a higher level character (35+), your best bet is to take the Zeppelin from either Orgrimmar or Undercity and land in Grom'gol. From there you can hop on the flightpath down to Booty Bay , or if you have not yet discovered the Booty Bay flightpath, you can run directly east from Grom'gol across the river until you hit the path in the middle of Stranglethorn Vale. From here you just follow it south until you reach Booty Bay , sticking to the path (as the wildlife here tends to wander close to the road).
If you are on a PvP server you can follow these same guidelines, but as you know, you will be an open target away from safe locations (especially if you are a lower level character trying to run from Grom'gol to Booty Bay ) .
Good luck!
